First PM² Project Management Methodology for EU Funded Projects course for 2022, and it was a great pleasure to observe such a high level of participation and commitment! Responding to participants’ interests and among other topics, our expert focused on the aspect of risk management, analyzing the risk management approach within the PM² Methodology and the appropriate use of the risk related PM² templates/artefacts.
