European Academy delivered the online course PM² Project Management Methodology for EU Funded Projects on January 29–30, 2026, via Zoom. The two-day training introduced participants to the key principles and practical application of PM², the European Commission’s project management methodology for EU-funded projects.

During the course, participants explored core PM² concepts such as project governance, lifecycle phases, planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. The sessions also included practical elements aimed at helping attendees understand how PM² can be applied in real project settings to improve coordination, structure, and overall project delivery.

The training offered a focused and practical overview of the methodology, supporting professionals who want to strengthen their project management approach and align more closely with EC standards.
