Here’s how it works:
Once you get in touch with us, we conduct a brief consultation to understand your organisation’s goals and training priorities. We then prepare a customised training offer, outlining the suggested topics, duration, learning outcomes, and proposed format.
From our extensive network of experienced trainers, we assign the most relevant speaker based on your field and training objectives. Together with the trainer, we then co-develop a tailored agenda, which you can review, adjust, and approve.
Two weeks before the training, we share a Pre-Training Survey to better understand participants’ roles, experience levels, and learning needs, ensuring the course is even more relevant and targeted.
We deliver the training in your preferred format:
- On-Site at your premises or a venue we arrange
- Online via Zoom with breakout workshops and live interactions
- Blended, combining live sessions and self-paced learning
All participants receive access to a dedicated e-learning space, where they can find training materials, resources, useful links, and further reading.
Following the course, participants complete a Post-Training Survey and receive a digital certificate of participation, which can be added directly to their LinkedIn profiles.
