European Academy delivered the online training course Creactionality: Design Thinking for Innovative EU Project Development from February 25–27, 2026. Conducted via Zoom, this three-day interactive program introduced participants to design thinking approaches that support the development of innovative and impactful EU-funded project ideas.

The course focused on creative problem-solving methods and collaborative techniques used to generate, refine, and structure project concepts aligned with European funding priorities. Participants explored tools for ideation, stakeholder engagement, and solution design, while also learning how to transform early ideas into structured project proposals.

Through practical exercises and group discussions, attendees gained valuable insights into applying design thinking principles to the development of EU-funded projects, helping them approach proposal design with a more innovative and user-centered mindset.
