Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) invited European Academy to organize and implement a custom-made course. IIT is a foundation funded by the Italian State in order to conduct scientific research for the public benefit and technological development. The course took place in Genoa, Italy from 5 to 6 of June 2019 and was attended by 15 participants who are actively involved in the institute’s project management. This course focused on the PM² Project Management Methodology of the European Commission, including all the necessary information to comprehend the EU projects environment and providing precise steps for the management of projects, according to the specific projects that the IIT is running.
