June’s online PM² Project Management Methodology for EU-Funded Projects course between 13 and 14 June has been completed. During the monitoring and controlling session of the second day, participants expressed various question, which mainly concentrated on schedule and cost control, coordination and communication. Our expert was pleased to extend the duration of the Q&A to respond to each one thouroughly. We are always pleased to welcome such active groups in our courses.
