European Academy delivered the online training course PM² Project Management Methodology for EU Funded Projects on March 16–17, 2026. Conducted via Zoom, the two-day session provided participants with a structured introduction to the European Commission’s PM² methodology and its practical application in EU-funded projects.

Throughout the course, attendees explored key components of the PM² framework, including governance structures, lifecycle phases, planning processes, and stakeholder management. The sessions also highlighted how the methodology can support more effective coordination, monitoring, and delivery of projects funded by the European Union.

The training offered participants practical insights into aligning project management practices with EC standards while strengthening their overall approach to planning and implementing EU-funded initiatives.
