European Academy delivered the online training course PM² Project Management Methodology for EU-Funded Projects on 11–12 June 2026. The two-day course provided participants with a structured overview of the European Commission’s PM² methodology and its practical application in the planning, management and implementation of EU-funded projects.
During the training, participants examined the key components of the PM² framework, including project governance, lifecycle phases, roles and responsibilities, planning activities, stakeholder engagement, risk management, monitoring and control. The course also highlighted how PM² can support stronger coordination, clearer decision-making and more effective project delivery.
Through a combination of methodological guidance and practical examples, the training helped participants enhance their project management capacity and align their work with European Commission standards and good practices for EU-funded projects.
