PM² Project Management Training Engages EU Project Leaders in Brussels

Between 20 and 21 June 2024, project leaders and coordinators gathered at the Warwick Brussels hotel for an in-depth course on Management and Coordination of EC Funded Projects: The PM² Methodology. This focused training offered participants a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding of PM², the European Commission’s project management methodology, tailored specifically for EU-funded initiatives.

With a mix of presentations, practical exercises, and collaborative discussions, attendees explored key aspects of effective project coordination, from planning to stakeholder management. The interactive setting allowed for insightful exchanges, as participants worked through real-world scenarios and applied PM² principles to common challenges in EC projects.

Held in the heart of Brussels, the training provided a conducive environment for networking and knowledge-sharing, equipping attendees with both the tools and confidence to drive their projects forward.
