European Academy delivered the online training course PM² Project Management Methodology for EU-Funded Projects on 15–16 April 2026. Conducted online, the two-day course provided participants with a comprehensive introduction to the European Commission’s PM² methodology and its practical application in the management of EU-funded projects.
Throughout the training, participants explored the main elements of the PM² framework, including project governance, lifecycle phases, roles and responsibilities, planning processes, stakeholder engagement, risk management, monitoring and control. The course also demonstrated how PM² can support clearer coordination, improved decision-making and more effective implementation across the full project lifecycle.
By combining methodological guidance with practical examples, the training helped participants strengthen their capacity to plan, manage and deliver EU-funded projects in alignment with European Commission standards and recognised project management practices.
