Our PM² Project Management Methodology for European Funded Projects training, which was held on 26-27 October 2023 has just been completed. Guided by the expertise of Dr. Danijela Ciric Lalic, a recognized authority in project management, participants delved deep into the intricacies of the PM² methodology, equipping them to oversee and manage European funded projects more effectively.

The training saw participation from a diverse range of countries, including Belgium, the Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. This diverse representation enriched discussions, fostered peer learning, and allowed for a comprehensive understanding of the PM² framework. Attendees were immersed in both theoretical insights and hands-on exercises, arming them with the skills to navigate the challenges of European funded projects with ease.

A distinguishing feature of this training was the enriched online experience. Participants didn’t just passively receive information; they actively worked on a mock-up project using the collaborative Miro board. This hands-on approach allowed attendees to directly apply what they learned, enhancing their understanding and retention of the PM² methodology.
