In the frame of the project SRSS/C2018/043 “Technical Support for Strengthening the Projects Portfolio Management within National Agency for Fiscal Administration of Romania”, European Academy has organized a meeting with the training providers and NAFA, in order to discuss the project objectives and desired outcomes. The meeting was carried out on 19^th of July 2018 at National Agency for Fiscal Administration, which falls under the Ministry of Public Finances, in Bucharest, Romania. The purpose of the project was to equip NAFA staff with all the necessary knowledge, skills and reference sources to help them understand, tailor and use the PM² Methodology to effectively and efficiently manage the agency’s project portfolio. All participants were very active and showed great interest in all presentations. At the end of the meeting, a particularly thorough discussion took place, in which several questions were asked and many opinions were expressed. It was overall an amazing experience that we hope to repeat in the near future.
