European Academy delivered the online training course Erasmus+ Proposal Development: From Project Concept to Winning Proposal on 8–9 April 2026. Conducted online, the two-day course supported professionals interested in developing stronger, more competitive proposals for the Erasmus+ programme.
Throughout the training, participants explored the key stages of Erasmus+ proposal development, from shaping a project concept and aligning it with programme priorities to defining clear objectives, designing coherent work plans and developing strong partnership structures. The course also addressed essential elements such as impact planning, sustainability, dissemination, budgeting and evaluation criteria.
Through practical guidance, examples and interactive discussions, participants gained a clearer understanding of how to transform an initial project idea into a well-structured Erasmus+ application. The training helped attendees strengthen their proposal writing skills and improve their capacity to prepare high-quality projects aligned with Erasmus+ funding requirements.
This online course provided a focused and practical learning experience for professionals involved in education, training, youth, lifelong learning and EU-funded project development, supporting them in increasing the quality and competitiveness of future Erasmus+ proposals.
